Shamanic Shift Center - Events and Updates - May 2008
The ordinary reality gatherings of the Friday night Shamanic Circle and the Thursday night Green Rock Club conversation circle are on break during May for reorganizing and renewing. All circle companions who are shamanizing through non-ordinary and cyber-realities, joining with one another in Spirit with Spirits beyond spacetime boundaries for shifting reality towards better and best, please continue. Several definitely - as usual - will be circling around for Friday night shamanic shifting. (Also the closed Wednesday night circle will continue to meet as usual.)
For many years the ordinary reality open Friday night shamanic circle has been an 'ad hoc' gathering of 2 or 3 for practicing and learning contemporary shamanic ways. Locally a small regular number of shamanizers show up now and then, each at their frequency, while the older, steadier circle meets shamanizes over cyberspace and through non-ordinary reality.
A trickle of others have shown up too, seeking something else altogether, such as Native American or other indigenous or traditional shamanisms, spiritualities, or religions. Those ways are all wonderful, beautiful, and powerful but Shamanic Shift Center's circle meets for practicing and learning contemporary shamanisms and adapted or innovative shamanic ways.
When Shamanic Shift Center's circle returns to ordinary reality it will still be open - to contemporary shamanizers who can focus first upon community and world transformation towards funner dreams, dances, and shapes. Pre-registering will still be required and probably there will be a brief interview for new members.
*Update* (05/14/2008): The Thursday night Green Rock Club discussion will be discontinued and the Friday shamanic circle will begin again in June, shifting, as Spirit guides, alternating between discussion/teaching circles and ceremonial/teaching circles. The Friday circle will shamanize around world and community needs for healing and conflict resolution. Personal issues will be treated by this process also even though individual healing is not this circle's purpose, because what we notice outside in ordinary reality always ties to and resonantes with whatever needs healing inside.
